As I look through the window at The Little Haven Beach Chalet, I can see that spring is here, the daffodils are in flower, the grass has started to grow (better get mowing!), the sky is blue and the sun is shining. Our feathered winter visitors are leaving and there will soon be new summer birds coming to this rich estuary and RSPB nature reserve which we call home. Not just birds of the feathered variety, the world famous Red Arrows display team have been across twice yesterday during their practice formation runs before heading back to their Lincolnshire base. How lucky I feel to live in this area.
